- Help manage a large team of Showcase Experience Specialists across different product zones including Mobile, TV & AV, Appliances and IT.
- Ensure Samsung KX’s high standards are delivered across customer engagement, education and service in an innovative and class leading way.
- Deliver Samsung KX’s brand objectives and inspire the team to do the same.
- Assist with team organisation to ensure they deliver the best possible outcomes, including training, motivation and contingency planning.
- Support your manager to ensure successful delivery against KPIs in areas such as dwell time, event bookings, customer satisfaction and sales.
