Role overview:

  • Supervise a team of Showcase Experience Specialists across different product zones including Mobile, TV & AV, Appliances and IT.
  • Engage with store visitors in an enthusiastic and welcoming way, inspiring and educating them about how Samsung products can enhance their lifestyle.
  • Deliver Samsung KX’s brand objectives and motivate the team to do the same.
  • Assist with team organisation to ensure they deliver the best possible outcomes, including training, motivation and contingency planning.
  • Support your manager to ensure successful delivery against KPIs in areas such as dwell time, event bookings, customer satisfaction and sales.
