Role overview:

  • Manage a large team of Showcase Experience Specialists across different product zones including Mobile, TV & AV, Appliances and IT.
  • Ensure Samsung KX’s high standards are delivered across customer engagement, education and service in an innovative and class leading way.
  • Deliver Samsung KX’s brand objectives and inspire the team to do the same.
  • Organise the team to ensure they deliver the best possible outcomes, including training, motivation and contingency planning.
  • Work with the management team to ensure successful delivery against KPIs in areas such as dwell time, event bookings, customer satisfaction and sales.

Required skills:

  • A highly skilled and enthusiastic retail manager with a strong track record in delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • The ability to manage large teams across multiple product areas.
  • A positive and driven individual who is able to deliver a flawless experience throughout the customer journey, and encourage others to do the same.
  • A natural forward planner with the ability to critically assess their own performance and the wider retail operation.
  • A highly organised retail professional who can motivate energetic, diverse teams through collaborative and inspirational leadership.
