First MEMA Training of 2013

Yesterday, we held the first MEMA training session of 2013.

Yesterday, we held the first MEMA training session of 2013.

To the uninitiated, MEMA stands for Mash Event Manager Accreditation – a qualification we offer here that gives our EMs the opportunity to develop their skills, and gain recognition for their knowledge.

Over the course of one of our MEMA sessions, we go through the skills that make a great Event Manager – from day-to-day logistics to long-term leadership.

It’s an opportunity for our EMs to learn more about the industry as a whole, but also to share their own learnings both with their fellow EMs, and with the team here at Mash HQ – because we know we can learn just as much from you guys as you can from us!

Take a look at our photo gallery here┬áto see the pics from the day – and if you’re a Mash Event Manager who’d like to get involved with the next round of MEMA training, let us know by firing an email across to katiel@mashmarketing.co.uk.

Thanks to all the guys that came along yesterday – and congratulations on becoming MEMA trained Event Managers!
