We take your privacy very seriously. Our approach and policy around use of information submitted and stored on M+ is outlined below.

Information you share with us:

Registration information – When you register for and sign into your M+ account you will be asked for your email address, password, first name and surname.

Survey information – You will be allocated reports to complete with data (including location information – more on this below), subjective feedback and photos. We store this information and share with our clients either on an individual project or an aggregated basis. The information you provide may or may not remain anonymous when shared with clients.

Location information – For some survey questions you are required to share your location for the purpose of verifying your presence at a specified location through our “Check-In” functionality. Location data (device geo position) is obtained using built-in capabilities of the applicable operating system.
Although we share the data and feedback you provide through your submitted surveys, we do not sell your email addresses or other personal information to third parties.

Information Collected Automatically:

When you use M+, Mash automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser or mobile platform, including your location, IP address, browser type, operating information, mobile carrier, device and application IDs, cookie information, and the page you requested. We treat this data as non-Personal Information, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, Mash only uses this data in aggregate form.

The information we collect is used to improve the reporting on our client’s campaigns and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Mash Terms of Engagement, or as otherwise required by law.

We transfer information about you if Mash is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Mash will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Cookies are required to use the Mash service.

We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to log-in to your Mash Account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.

Data Storage

Mash uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run M+. Although Mash owns the code, databases, and all rights to the M+ application, you retain all rights to your data.

If you are no longer working for Mash we are able to delete your M+ account (this can be requested by emailing mplus@mashstaffing.com), and the M+ app can be deleted from your phone, however your email address will remain on the system and linked to information submitted historically.

Mash may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Mash Terms of Engagement

Mash may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your M+ primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
