Role overview:

  • Set up and maintain all Samsung KX tech across the different product zones including Mobile, TV & AV, Appliances and IT.
  • Ensure all launch activities run smoothly by setting up and testing all the operational and technical elements successfully.
  • Help ensure Samsung KX meets its high operational standards and delivers efficiency across the store and all event spaces.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver Samsung KX’s brand objectives.

Required skills:

  • A confident and enthusiastic technical/AV/operations professional. Some work experience in facilities is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to use AV and CMS confidently (Green Hippo preferred but not essential).
  • A detail-orientated, highly organised individual with a can-do attitude and the drive to reach exceptionally high standards.
  • A loyal team player with good communication skills who can work collaboratively as part of a diverse and energetic team.
