It is important that our Lavazza in-store demonstrators are kept up to date with brand and product development, as well as all the latest techniques in how to engage and interact with customers. Every year we work with Lavazza to design a two-day training programme that educates and energises their customer facing workforce.
11years of partnership
In May 2019 28 in-store demonstrators met at Lavazza Head Office. First, they were given a comprehensive brand and product update by Lavazza, plus details of future marketing activity. We then set to work on the practical elements – including discussing sales techniques, role playing and immersing the team in the Lavazza range.
