Goodwood Festival of Speed is a key event for BMW with a number of different branded areas and product displays. As BMW’s exclusive staffing partner, we were asked to provide 66 trained staff – a mix of brand ambassadors, supervisors, retail experience staff and event hosts – to support BMW and MINI at the busy four-day event.
Brand ambassadors engaged with event visitors on the BMW and MINI main stands and on BMW Boulevard. They introduced visitors to the range of cars on display, including managing the closed room experience for MINI Electric. Mash hosts engaged with guests in the BMW Owner’s Lounge, and Mash staff also worked in the Lifestyle store, promoting car accessories and branded clothing.
