We began working with Lavazza in 2009 – managing their Sales Demonstrator Programme in John Lewis stores. The account has grown steadily, and now includes 40 core staff with 3 full time territory managers and over 30 Lavazza in-store sales demonstrators.
Our team now delivers approximately 65% of overall Lavazza A Modo Mio sales in the UK. We have built a strong partnership with Lavazza, and our dedicated account team work very closely with them to ensure we understand their long-term brand and sales goals.
