We began working with Lavazza in 2009 – managing their Sales Demonstrator Programme in John Lewis stores. The account has grown steadily, and the team now numbers 40 core staff including 3 full time territory managers. Having extended our remit to include flagship Lakeland and Steamer stores, our team now delivers approximately 65% of overall Lavazza A Modo Mio sales in the UK. We are proud of the strong partnership that we have developed, and our dedicated Lavazza account team regularly spends time at their head office.
