As one of the original denim brands, Lee has a rich history and strong brand story. But with an explosion of competitor jeans within the UK marketplace, it was struggling to retain its popularity.

Lee approached Mash in early 2017, looking for specialist retail experience staff to help create standout for their jeans in-store. The initial spring/summer campaign involved five retail specialists (from a team of nine) providing visual merchandising and sales support within Women’s Fashion in John Lewis stores. After enjoying a clear uplift in sales, Lee has now doubled the size of its programme for the autumn/winter season.
High quality staff and robust training continue to be key to the success of this activity. Having grown to 14, our Lee retail specialists are now experts on the brand, and can talk to customers with authenticity and eloquence about every style of Lee jeans.
