Samsung KX is a groundbreaking retail concept, a space where guests can experience Samsung technology at their own pace. Out of 15,000 applications, we picked an 87-strong team to work at Samsung KX. We then designed a training programme that reset their expectations of retail and prepared them for their exciting new role.

4week training programme
Over a 4-week period, the team were given personal and professional development training at a purpose built training venue. Training was immersive and interactive, and encouraged innovative and independent thinking. The environment was fun and informal, and we ran lots of after hours activities to help the team connect.
