The 2018 Samsung Studios tour was an expansive experiential campaign in busy shopping centres that showcased two important new products. Ensuring the staff were well-trained on both the products and the experience was crucial to its success. We worked with our client Cheil to deliver an effective training event.
As well as giving staff all the important product information, we introduced a series of role playing scenarios, games and quizzes. These were designed to test their understanding of the products and experiences, and to encourage them to consider how to resolve any potential issues that might arise.
