Since 2016 we have been providing staff for the Samsung Studios – a major brand experience programme delivered by Cheil with both flagship and regional activations. Over the last 3 years, we have recruited and trained hundreds of premium staff to deliver engaging brand experiences and – more recently – product sales.
99.7% Staff compliance
Our Autumn 2018 Samsung Studios campaign involved 152 staff working 3,350 shifts in 10 cities over 2 months. The staff encouraged visitors to travel through a number of immersive zones – and sold 638 devices during the campaign. We also over-achieved against our compliance target – reaching 99.7%.
