When do I get paid?
Our payment date is the last working day of the month – on which day you’ll be paid for all dates worked and expenses signed off between the 16th of the previous month and the 15th of that month.
How do I update my availability?
To let us know when you’re available, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or give us a call on 0207 939 7670.
How do I get booked on jobs?
If you’re fully registered with Mash, you’ll be able to log in and view all available jobs on our job board, Moogle. You can apply for any jobs you think you’d be right for, and your application will be reviewed by the Account Manager working on the job.
If you’re completing your application fully and you’re not getting booked, contact our Talent team who’ll be able to look into this for you.
