Our book is currently closed to new Brand Ambassador applications, but we do accept speculative CVs from outstanding new BAs looking for promotional work, particularly in coastal areas, Wales and the South West.

What does it involve?

As a Mash Brand Ambassador, you might be working on your own, or as part of a team – and while some days you might be working in shopping centres and transport hubs, on others, you may find yourself greeting guests at international sporting events or delighting fans at music festivals.

It might involve giving away free samples of tasty treats, or inviting people to test drive top-of-the-range cars; showcasing the latest technology products, or representing fashion and beauty brands both in-store, and at events… In other words, no two days are the same.

What are we looking for?

The promotions and events industry is personality-driven, so we’re looking for people who can bring a unique spark to every interaction. You need to be outgoing, and have plenty of energy – able to represent our clients with enthusiasm, passion and professionalism on every campaign day.

You’ll also be reliable, and fully committed to every booking, and you’ll have a good eye for detail both when reading and understanding briefs, and completing reports on your work after the event. Our clients have high standards, and we do, too – so we expect every single one of our field staff to represent our brands and Mash itself impeccably from the moment they join our book.

What can I expect in return?
