Role overview:

  • Help supervise and inspire a team of Support Centre Specialists to deliver an exceptional repairs service and world-class customer care.
  • Engage with customers in a welcoming and professional manner, demonstrating both extensive product knowledge and a determination find positive solutions.
  • Deliver a best-in-class first line device repair service that includes customer education, troubleshooting and diagnostic testing.
  • Work with the off-site Samsung repairs service to ensure high quality, high-speed repair of all customer products.
  • Support your manager to ensure successful delivery against KPIs in product repair, customer care and loyalty.
