Role overview:

  • Manage and inspire a team of Support Centre Specialists to deliver an exceptional repairs service and world-class customer care.
  • Drive customer loyalty by ensuring Samsung KX’s high standards are delivered across customer engagement, product repair and service management in an innovative and on brand way.
  • Deliver Samsung KX brand objectives and inspire the team to do the same.
  • Organise the team to ensure they deliver the best possible outcomes, including training, motivation and contingency planning.
  • Work with the management team to ensure successful delivery against KPIs in all areas, and particularly in product repair, customer care and loyalty.

Skills required:

  • A skilled and enthusiastic Retail Technical Support Manager with an in-depth understanding of consumer technology and a strong customer care focus.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to achieve high operational efficiency in a repairs and service-based environment.
  • A true brand advocate who is able to deliver a flawless customer experience, and generate brand loyalty through exceptional customer service.
  • A detail-orientated, highly organised individual with a can-do attitude and the drive to set and deliver exceptionally high standards.
  • A natural leader with good communication skills who can motivate energetic, diverse teams through collaborative and inspirational leadership.
