Corporate events

We work directly with brands, such as Dixon Carphone and the Festival of Marketing, and with events agencies including ICF Next, to provide event hostesses to work at conferences, press launches, away days, awards ceremonies and all other types of corporate event. From registration staff to VIP hostesses, we can provide the full range of trained event professionals required to make an event running smoothly.

Sporting events

We work with some of the UK’s best loved sporting venues. We provide all the event hostesses required to service the East Stand at Twickenham during England Rugby’s home games. We also have a long held relationship with Yorkshire County Cricket Club and Test Cricket sponsors npower and Investec. More recently, we have supported the UK launch of Major League Baseball at the London Stadium.

Cultural events

We have been the exclusive supplier of event hosts to Historic Royal Palaces since 2014, providing premium hostesses to help ensure guests enjoy their experience at private events within all of the group’s internationally renowned venues – from Banqueting House to Hampton Court and Kensington Palace. We also provide VIP hosts to supporting gallery fundraising and VIP events at the Royal Academy of Arts.

As a highly respected provider of event hostesses in London, we were appointed by Historic Royal Palaces in 2014 to be their exclusive supplier of premium hostesses. With five prestigious venues in the group, including Banqueting House and Kensington Palace, we regularly provide London based hostesses to work at a variety of events – from private drinks receptions to formal dinners. Our staff are educated on all aspects of the palaces – from practical considerations to their rich history – and thus make a real difference to the guests’ enjoyment of their experience.

We also work with corporate clients, providing staff for their internal, supplier and client facing events. For example, we recently provided 80 exhibition staff to work at a major conference hosted by Dixon Carphone. With 600 exhibitors and 1,700 delegates, our exhibition staff worked tirelessly to ensure the delegates could make the most of their time there. We also provided VIP hostesses to engage with special guests during the evening drinks reception.

We were appointed by Twickenham Stadium in 2018 to provide premium hostesses to host up to 10,000 guests in the East Stand during England home matches. Our concentration of hostesses in London means that we are able to provide up to 180 premium staff to work on these event days.
